Maintenance of proper

books and records

Our Accounting department is responsible for the maintenance of the requisite Accounting books and records of our clients. We set up Computerised Accounting Systems, Chart of Accounts etc based on our clients’ needs. For this objective, detailed liaising and the assistance from our clients is required. In the context of our work we also produce Monthly reconciliations for all major Control Accounts.

Reporting

Based on our clients’ needs, we produce an agreed Reporting Package on a Monthly/quarterly/yearly basis and effect all relevant communications. Part of the package may include the preparation of Management Accounts or specialised Reporting base on client needs.

VAT, VIES,

INTRASTAT

Preparation and submission of VAT, VIES and Intrastat forms.

Payroll

We offer monthly payroll services and payments to the authorities for Social Insurance, other relevant contributions and Income Tax. ​Our services include:

• the registration of companies and their employees with the Income Tax Office and Social Insurance Department
• Processing of the monthly payments of salaries, income tax and social insurance contributions
• Preparation of the employees payslips

Preparation of Financial Statements and liaising

with the auditor

As part of the Accounting service, we can prepare the Annual Statutory Financial Statements of our clients and liaise with the auditors so as to ensure the timely issuance of the Financial Statements in accordance with the relevant Accounting Framework and Cyprus Companies Law.

Opening of bank accounts

Our Company has an established reputation with the banks in Cyprus and abroad and we are therefore able to provide our clients with the best possible service with respect to opening bank accounts. We complete all documentation required for the opening of bank accounts at the banks in Cyprus or abroad that will mostly suit our clients’ needs.

Daily banking services

• receive, monitor and advise on the bank documentation such as Bank advice slips, Bank statements etc.
  
• perform Bank Reconciliation Statements on a monthly basis which we communicate to our clients.
  
• assist with the performance of the necessary bank payments, communicating with the Bank etc.
  
• act as Bank signatories as per our clients’ instructions and authorisation.
  
• arranging the set up and monitoring of Bank standing orders.
  

Invoicing

Raising of invoices and relevant follow up on the basis of the Companies’ Contractual commitments and rights. Proper authorisation procedures and policies are followed and our clients are always informed of their transactions on a timely manner.

Management

of payments and receipts

Monitoring and control of invoices received and/or obligations towards third parties. We arrange for the dispensing of local expenses and the payments to local suppliers, utilities and Governmental bodies.

Reporting

Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reports for invoicing and banking transactions.

Filing system

Provision of the required storage space and technological infrastructure to maintain the clients’ filing system which incorporates all correspondence, issued and received vouchers, legal documentation, intergroup communication etc.
